Wow! I haven't update this blog in such a long time, not so long but long enough that I often would post up new news on this blog . I have my reasons why I can't post any pictures , although I'd love to share it with my fans but... because I've been gaining weight, I no longer look good in pictures. Pictures actually adds 10 llb to your original weight, so it makes people look much wider and flatter.
Mom and Dad are going menopause, and it has been driving me nuts for days. I can't tell you how much I want to take my head and walk into the walls. I had enough with this house. There aren't enough windows and it's so small that it makes everything so humid in the house. We had several arguments in the past few days. I wanted to move into a 3 bedroom condo with a downstairs basement laundromat along with a parking spot. Dad wanted one entire floor house with a parking spot. The reason why I don't want one floor house apartment because ....
1. I don't like to live under the landlord. Most landlords can be bitches. They would check on your water and electricity meters. They even invade tenant's privacy.
2. Landlords are so greedy with exterminating pests and bugs. I don't want to live in a house full with pests. Pests are absolutely not my friends. They are my enemies.
3. No laundromat. I hate exposing my clothes outsides the street; I prefer indoor machines. In the long run, think about the winter. How am I suppose to carry loads of clothes, towels, and bed sheets to the machines.
My reasons why I prefer living in a condo or co-op housing.
1. It's because I lived in a co-op life style for 23 years of my life.
2. More privacy and it follows the law. It associated with the federal government and half real estate/
3. It's modern and cleaner. I have never seen any pests before.
4. Well manner residents. Most are middle class. It also comes with an elevator.
5. Even outside lobby is well designed and so much more presentable.
6. It comes with a laundry machines on the first floor or basement.
7. Most important rule is it's diverse. Asians, Blacks, Hispanic, Native Americans, and Whites.
8. Writing monthly rent is paid by a check. So much more professional.
How can my parents argue with that? They would take more the classic look over modern look. Hello? Hell no!!! I even tried bringing up about me moving into a one bedroom coop or condo, my father over reacted. He complains and complains till today... non-stop.
My parents have been complaining about my new job. I was postponed with a new date. The new job is still doing a background check on me so I couldn't start on any of my plans.
New plans and old plans changes.
1. Must loose weight by signing up for Swimming and Pilate classes
2. Pay back school loans
3. Open Capital One
4. Start new job while keep old job
5. Learn to wear contacts
6. New glasses
7. Sign up for ball room dancing classes and piano
8. Move into a rent 3 bed rooms condo
9 Mortgage a house
10. Pass my road test
11. Buy a new family car

ReplyDeletei am also wishing for a new job. i want a better job and also hurry up with school. i am soo tired of school. you dont even know! i just want to stop school. its soo tiring now for me.
i also need more money. this work isnt giving me enough money. i cannot survive with this amount i get... i hate work too. because i earn so little but do so much at work. arg!!!!
anyways.. i miss you. i want to hangout with you again and have chats... hang around and just relax and not have to think or do anything else. want to just talk with you..
Girlfriend, I totally understand and know the feeling on of not making enough because everything in NYC keeps running all night. We will always chase after the newest trend and is never satisfy with what we have in life. Every minute a new designer designs something unique in the fashion world. It could be phone, clothes, bags, shoes, computer, etc.

Don't worry. I will always find time to hang out with you. We can always chat besides isn't this your favorite communication. You're always on your phone, just like Grace. You look at it, stare at it, kissing it, texting it, spending every moment with it, sleeping with it, and hugging it.
